HDI (Human Development Indicator), „Hightechexports", „Patents" und „PISA Study 2003". In the particular lists each position is corresponding to a number of points (position 1 = 20 points, position 2 = 19 points, …, position 20 = 1 point). To compile the result of this list, the outcoming points of all positions in the particular lists (1-20; position 1 = 20 points, position 2 = 19 points etc.) have been added up. This ranking liste shows a countries investment in its future respectively its energie to be prepared for future development and to prepare its citizens a good position in future international competition. |
